Who processes your data

AI Magic Makers is a brand of CLOUDYSOFT LLC, based in Tangier, Morocco. For any question about this policy or about your data: contact@aimagicmakers.com.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, no client area and no online payment. There are only two ways data about you reaches us.

When you submit a form. We receive what you typed: your email address, and depending on the form your name, company, phone number, message and the topics you are interested in. Only the email address is required. We also record which page the form was sent from, so we know which offer you are asking about.

When you browse the site. We measure audience with Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies, and with Vercel Analytics, which does not. Our host also keeps technical logs containing your IP address and browser, as any web server does.

What we do with it

Form submissions reach us by email and are used to reply to you. Nothing more: no customer database, no automatic newsletter signup, no advertising profile, and no sale of your data to anyone.

Audience statistics tell us which pages are read and which formats draw interest — never to identify an individual.

Who we entrust it to

Three technical providers are involved, each for one purpose:

Vercel — site hosting and server logs.
Resend — delivering form messages to our inbox.
Google Analytics 4 — audience measurement.

These providers may process data outside Morocco, notably in the United States and the European Union.

How long we keep it

A form submission stays in our mailbox for as long as it is useful to the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Audience data follows Google Analytics' own retention periods.

Your rights

Under law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and object to the data concerning you.

Write to contact@aimagicmakers.com and we will respond within the legal timeframe. You may also contact the CNDP, Morocco's national data protection authority.

This policy may change as the site does. The date it was last updated appears at the top of this page.
