What this site is for
This site presents our training programmes, audits, consulting engagements and local AI integrations. It exists so you can find out about them and get in touch. No registration and no purchase is completed on this site: a form submission or a WhatsApp message is a first contact, not a contract.
What actually binds us
A training programme, an audit or an engagement becomes firm only after a conversation and a written agreement between you and us setting out scope, date and price. The terms of that agreement take precedence over anything shown here.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on this site are in Moroccan dirhams and may change. A session date is confirmed only when it is announced as such: while a page reads "dates to be announced", no session is open for registration.
Intellectual property
The text, visual identity, teaching materials and code of this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You may quote our content with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce it in full, resell it, or use it to build a competing training offer.
Materials handed out during a programme remain freely usable by participants in the course of their professional work.
Limits
Our articles, guides and pages describe methods and tools as they stand at a point in time. The AI landscape moves quickly: we keep them current as best we can, without guaranteeing that any statement stays accurate indefinitely. They are not legal advice, not tax advice, and not a guarantee of results.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute we will first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, the competent courts of Tangier will have jurisdiction.
