Who this programme is for
Executives, founders and managers who have to make decisions about AI in their organisation without being the ones who implement it. The subject is not learning to write a prompt: it is knowing what to decide, what to fund, what to refuse, and how to steer whatever gets started.
The group is deliberately small — six people at most — because each participant works on their real organisation across the two weeks.
What the programme covers
- Understand. What generative AI actually does today, what it does not, and how to read a vendor's promise. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot are compared on what they actually do, not on how they are marketed.
- Decide. Which processes are worth automating, which are not, and how to estimate a gain before announcing it.
- Clients. Customer relationships, pre-sales and commercial follow-up assisted by AI.
- Teams and workspaces. Administering a company AI workspace: accounts, shared spaces, users and departments, projects — in Claude as well as in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Research and documentation. Getting AI to produce research that is usable, sourced, and holds up in front of a committee.
- Data and compliance. What may leave the company, what may not, and what Moroccan law 09-08 requires.
- Steer. Governance, budget, indicators, and the question of who owns what once the first tools are in production.
The final pitch
The programme ends with an exercise: each participant presents their plan for building an AI department in their organisation — scope, first automations, resources, risks, timeline. That is the deliverable you take home.
What you leave with
An AMM certificate, issued at the end of the twenty hours. It attests to the programme followed and the pitch presented, not to an academic equivalence: we are practitioners who train, not a degree-awarding institution.
What the programme costs
4,100 MAD excl. tax per person for the twenty hours. The rate is reduced from three participants in the same organisation — tell us how many are coming and we send back the exact amount.

Frequently asked questions
Why only six participants?Because the programme works on each participant's own organisation. Beyond six there is no longer enough time for each case, and the format turns back into a conference.
Do I need technical skills?No. The programme is for executives and managers, not for technical teams. A laptop is enough.
How does the reduced rate work?The price drops from three participants in the same organisation. Tell us how many are coming and we send back the exact amount.
How is this different from in-company training?This programme is individual and cross-company: you join a group of six executives from different organisations. In-company training runs on your premises, with your teams only.
