What generative AI is

Generative AI refers to models that produce text, images, code or sound from a written instruction, rather than only classifying or predicting. ChatGPT, Claude and their equivalents are the best-known examples.

For a company, the point is not the technical novelty. It is that a share of written, repetitive work — drafting, summarising, extracting, sorting, following up — becomes automatable by someone who is not a developer.

What our generative AI training covers

The programme is the same whichever format you pick. Ten hours, on your own files, not on generic examples.

• Write reliable, reusable prompts for your recurring tasks
• Build a first end-to-end automation (n8n or Make)
• Connect an assistant to your own documents
• Pick the right tool for a given need, and know when not to use AI
• Protect your data and your clients' data

You leave with what you built during the session, on your own accounts and with your own access.

Do I need to know how to code

No. There are no technical prerequisites. A laptop and a real use case are enough, and the training is delivered in English or French.

Online or in person

Two formats, the same programme, the same ten hours. Only the spread changes.

• The online format stretches the ten hours across two weeks, remotely. 1,000 MAD per person.
• The in-person format condenses them into one weekend, in the room. 1,500 MAD per person.

For a whole team, in-house training is built on your processes rather than a standard programme. For one specific need, one-to-one coaching starts at 600 MAD per session.

When generative AI is not the right answer

It is not the right answer when a task needs verifiable, hundred-percent accuracy with no human review, when the business rule is stable and codes in a few lines, or when the real bottleneck is a decision nobody has taken rather than a document nobody has written.

We say so in the room, and we say so before selling a programme. It is also what we look at during an AI audit.
