You leave with: a team that no longer needs me.
About·Abdellah Homrani
AI Expert · Corporate Trainer · Consultant · Tangier, MoroccoFounder of AI Magic Makers. I train teams and advise executives across Morocco on the practical adoption of generative AI — not in theory, on their own real files, until something is genuinely running in production.

Each one ends with something running inside your company.
Hands-on workshops on your own files — not generic exercises. Claude, ChatGPT, advanced prompting and AI agents, for business and technical teams alike.
You leave with: a team that no longer needs me.
A full map of your processes, the recoverable hours put in figures, and three automation projects ranked by return.
You leave with: a costed plan your board can decide on.
Autonomous agents, n8n automations, Claude Code pipelines and secure local-AI systems, installed and documented in your working language.
You leave with: a system in production your team can maintain.
Named plainly, in the words people actually use.
Two days, in your offices, on your own files — English, Arabic or French.
Prompting that holds up on real work, not demo tricks.
Five days to measure the hours lost and cost what can be automated.
n8n and Make workflows connected to the tools you already run.
First-reply and qualification agents, always approved by a human.
PDFs read automatically, with unreadable fields flagged, not guessed.
Models running on your machines when nothing may leave the network.
What to start, what to ignore, and what it will actually cost.
I work with companies in Tangier, Tanger Med, the TFZ free zone, Casablanca and Rabat on corporate AI training, generative AI adoption, process automation and autonomous agent integration — in logistics, manufacturing, legal, healthcare, retail and financial services.
I have worked on applied AI in companies since these tools became usable outside a research lab. This is not a technology-watch talk: I install systems, document them, and come back six months later to see whether they are still running.
I founded AI Magic Makers for a simple reason. Most Moroccan teams I met had already heard about AI, usually at a conference, and had changed nothing about how they worked. The gap was not technical: nobody had shown them the tool on their own files.
That is what I do. Two days of workshop on your real files, or five days of audit to cost what can be automated before you commit a budget. And I say so when the answer is no — not every process deserves to be automated, and saying it early beats discovering it after the invoice.
The same four steps on every engagement. Only one project runs at a time.
I sit with your teams on their real files and put figures on the hours lost, task by task.
2 to 5 daysThree projects at most, ordered by hours recovered against cost to build. Everything else waits.
1 dayThe first project goes to production, with safeguards and documentation in your working language.
2 to 6 weeksTraining on the delivered system. You change it without me, or I did not build it properly.
2 daysOn-site sessions with the teams who end up running these systems.

An artificial intelligence trainer and consultant based in Tangier, founder of AI Magic Makers. I train corporate teams in the practical use of generative AI and install automation systems inside Moroccan organisations.
On site in Tangier, Tanger Med, the TFZ free zone, Casablanca, Rabat and Technopark. Remotely for teams based abroad, including the European headquarters of groups operating in Morocco.
The training runs two days and makes a team self-sufficient on their own files. The audit runs five days, measures hours lost task by task and costs three projects before any budget is committed. Most companies start with the audit when they do not yet know where to begin.
In English, Moroccan Arabic and French. The material handed to the team is written in the company’s working language, not mine.
It depends on the architecture. For sensitive material — legal files, health data, accounting — I install local models that run on your own machines: nothing leaves your network, and the system works without an internet connection.
With a twenty-minute call, no sales deck. You describe one process and I say plainly whether AI changes anything. If the answer is no, I say that too — it has happened, and it costs everyone less than discovering it mid-engagement.
Describe one process. I will say plainly whether AI changes anything — and if it does, which of the three programmes applies. No sales deck.
